Family + Children

Families are some of my favorite sessions to photograph. It doesn't have to be stressful and overwhelming for you! I love the connection a family brings and my style is one that shows that. I like to pose here and there but having you all close and snuggled together makes my heart dance. 

Capturing children running, laughing, dancing and exploring creates is one of my favorite things to do. They basically run the show..um session--sorry mom + dad! I follow them around and capture their facial expressions and quirks--those are the best! Kids bring so much joy and I love to document that.

​What you can expect from your family/child session:

I tailor it to you and your family. I want this to be an experience that makes you want to come back and have me photograph you guys again. So once you book me, I email my family questionnaire to you. This helps me so much to find out how mom and dad met, what's your favorite thing to do as family, what candy your kids enjoy and what kind of session you are looking for. I also love to help with coordinating outfits and color schemes. Some families need no help whatsoever and that's fine, but if you need extra guidance I love to chip in and help!
